How does Kindness promote Social Justice?



Being kind can change the world in so many ways. Acts of kindness can make the world a

happier place for everyone. They can boost feelings of confidence, being in control, happiness and optimism. They may also encourage others to repeat the good deeds they've experienced themselves. Spreading kindness contributes to a more positive community. Kindness has been proven to increase our happiness, reduce stress and improve emotional wellbeing. At the same time, spreading kindness offers us the opportunity to connect with others, building a stronger sense of community and unity with friends, family, neighbors and even strangers. Sometimes, it can be challenging to be kind to ourselves and others. This difficulty may come from certain personality traits, worries about the thoughts of others, low self-esteem, and challenging circumstances. When putting ourselves in someone else's shoes you're able to look at the world through the eyes of someone different than ourselves. This creates a compassionate empathy that inspires people to want to take action and forms the foundation of social justice and the pursuit of the greater good for everyone. Here are some ways to have kindness to change the world.
